What’s in Season


Here are some recipes to make the most of October’s ingredients…just in time!

Mussels are plentiful, delicious, and are in season now in UK waters. Use them in this Tagliatelle with Mussels recipe from Gennaro Contaldo in the Saturday Kitchen Cooking Bible.
