Pearl Barley is an excellent alternative to ordinary rice. This Barley Risotto with Mushrooms and Butternut Squash tastes as good as it looks!
Davina loves the french classics, so we had to include her Pot-roast Chicken. The chicken gets infused with all the lemon and garlic flavours and the vegetables cook in the pot as well. Just add (brown!) rice.
We can’t wait to try this Slow-roast Moroccan Lamb recipe. You can marinate the lamb shoulder overnight for extra ease and get-aheadness (is that a word?!)
Finally, here’s a panna cotta recipe made without table sugar! Davina’s Honey and Vanilla Panna Cotta includes seeds from a vanilla pod, as vanilla extract contains sugar.
