zest and juice of 2 lemons
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 litre sparkling water

Pink Lemonade

SERVES: 1 litre

Pink lemonade is a cinch to put together, and thirst-quenchingly delicious. A perfect picnic or party number, this summery drink is one that kids adore and it’s packed with goodness. Lemons have a heavy vitamin C hit, and the tasty zest is strong in antioxidants. The lemonade’s antibacterial greatness will also remove toxins and boost digestion. Stir the lemon zest, lemon juice and maple syrup together in a small jug. Decant into a wide-rim bottle along with the sparkling water. Stir, refrigerate and whip out for thirsty guzzles.
