INGREDIENTS
200ml semi-skimmed milk
3 tablespoons low-fat natural yoghurt
1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks
120g strawberries, hulled
1 tablespoon honey
80g granola or muesli

Purple Delight Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
50ml fresh orange juice
50ml water
100ml low-fat yoghurt
50g raw cashew nuts
Large handful blackberries
Large handful blueberries
4 strawberries, hulled

Green Zing Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
2 kiwis, peeled and cut into chunks
2 pears, peeled and cut into chunks
Flesh of ½ cantaloupe melon
100g baby spinach
50g unsalted pistachio nuts
200ml water
Juice of 2 limes
