Pisco Sour is the Peruvian cocktail: refreshing and a delicious blend of sweet and sour. This recipe is by Martin Morales in his Ceviche: Peruvian Kitchen cookbook.

Finally, Nina Parker brings a little bit of St Tropez sun with this L’Apéritif de Pampelonne recipe from her Nina St Tropez cookbook. The granita provides a refreshing base to this summery cocktail.
