Cat Dresser’s Recipes for National Baking Week

Alice

Cat Dresser, author of Let’s Bake and contestant of The Great British Bake Off has collaborated with the lovely people at Pyrex to produce brand new recipes to get the nation baking for National Baking Week (which starts today!).

With recipe options for all levels of expertise, and ways for little hands to get involved, you are sure to find something to bake and enjoy, whether you are a beginner or expert in the kitchen.

By cunningly replacing the flour with marzipan, this Gluten Free Cherry Bakewell Cake stays moist and light. Lots of stirring is required, so it’s a great recipe to get the little ones involved with!

Wow! This Millionaire’s Mud Pie looks amazing (see main pic): it combines, chocolate, caramel and cream (all our favourite things basically!) and yet the light filling stops it becoming too rich.

These Zesty Orange, Seed and Milk Chocolate Biscuits are perfect for making with kids (although grown ups will love them too!).
